At Valgro India Limited, customer confidentiality is an essential part of our engineering commitment.

We protect all customer information shared with us, including drawings, components, samples, specifications, production data, process parameters, trial results, commercial information, photographs and videos.

We do not disclose or publish a customer’s name, logo, component, plant details, installation photographs or project information without prior written approval.

Application case studies may be published only in an anonymized format, with confidential and identifiable details removed. Customer references are shared only with qualified prospects, subject to the concerned customer’s permission and, where required, a confidentiality agreement.

Access to confidential information is limited to authorized Valgro team members and approved project partners on a need-to-know basis.

Where a separate NDA or confidentiality agreement is signed, its terms will prevail.
