The Valgro Wet Dust Collector is engineered to capture fine, hot, and potentially combustible metal dust generated during grinding, deburring, sanding, and surface-finishing operations.

Dust-laden air is drawn into the collector and mixed with water, which separates airborne particles and contains them. This wet collection method helps reduce dust recirculation, improves workplace cleanliness, and minimizes fire risks associated with combustible metal dust.

Dry metal dust—especially from aluminium, titanium and certain alloys—can create serious fire, health and housekeeping risks. Conventional dry filtration may not be suitable for every combustible-dust application.

The Valgro Wet Dust Collector uses controlled airflow and water-based separation to capture dust before cleaner air is discharged. Its industrial construction, automatic water-level management and accessible cleaning arrangement make it suitable for demanding metal-processing environments.

Final system selection must be based on the material, dust characteristics, process temperature, dust-loading rate and site-specific hazard assessment

Important Safety Note

Wet collection is not automatically suitable for every metal or mixed-dust application. Reactive metals—including magnesium and certain aluminium or titanium dust conditions—require a detailed hazard and compatibility assessment. The collector, ducting, sludge removal and disposal method should be engineered according to the actual material and applicable local safety requirements.
