A high-quality stainless steel product requires more than corrosion resistance—it also needs a clean, uniform and application-appropriate surface finish.
The Fabrika Series uses Valgro abrasive belt and non-woven roller-brush technology to remove minor surface imperfections and create a controlled decorative finish across the sheet. Its adjustable polishing pressure and oscillating system help produce a consistent grain pattern with fewer finishing variations.
The machine is particularly suitable for fabricators producing kitchen equipment, pharmaceutical machinery, food-processing equipment, elevators, architectural panels and other visible stainless steel products. Sheets can be polished in-house before bending, forming, welding or assembly, helping to reduce handling scratches, rejection and dependence on outside polishing vendors.
