Long Belt Sander with Tabletop Design for Fabrication Work Finishing
The VALGRO Automatic LBF Work Station combines the flexibility of a long abrasive belt with controlled automatic movement. It is particularly useful for processing large panels, enclosures, cabinets, doors, fabricated assemblies and irregular components that are difficult to finish using conventional fixed-head machines.
The workpiece remains securely positioned on the heavy-duty table while the sanding system moves across the programmed working area. This controlled operation helps deliver a uniform finish, improves production consistency and reduces manual finishing time.
Different abrasive belt grades can be selected for aggressive weld removal, surface correction, scratch blending or fine cosmetic finishing.
