One Machine. Multiple Finishing Processes. Consistent Results.
Manual deburring and polishing can lead to inconsistent quality, high labour dependency, longer processing times and greater operator fatigue. The Valgro HYB Series converts these operations into a controlled and repeatable automatic process.
Components are placed on the conveyor and transported uniformly through the processing heads. Dual infeed and outfeed pinch rollers help maintain stable component movement throughout the machine.
Depending on the selected configuration, the HYB Series can perform:
- Heavy and medium burr removal
- Sharp-edge breaking and edge rounding
- Surface grinding and stock removal
- Oxide and scale removal
- Scratch blending and surface-defect correction
- Stainless steel hairline or No. 4 finishing
- Copper and brass surface cleaning
- Uniform directional surface finishing
- Surface preparation before coating, bonding or plating
The head sequence, abrasive grit, brush specification, contact pressure and conveyor speed are selected according to the application. Physical sample trials are recommended to establish the correct process parameters and confirm the achievable result.
Send us your component samples, material details and required finish. Valgro’s application engineering team will conduct process trials and recommend the appropriate HYB Series machine, abrasive combination and operating parameters.
