The Valgro Micro Strip Edge Deburring Machine provides a controlled, continuous solution for processing narrow strips. The strip passes through specially selected abrasive brushing stations that uniformly remove loose and sharp burrs from both edges.
Unlike aggressive grinding or manual filing, the Valgro process is designed to protect strip dimensions and avoid excessive material removal. The machine maintains strip flatness while producing a clean, smooth, and consistent edge finish.
