Manual polishing often creates uneven grain patterns, excessive material removal and variation between operators. Valgro provides an automated, conveyorised process with controlled brush pressure, feed speed and abrasive selection for consistent batch-to-batch results.
For aerospace aluminium parts, the machine gently prepares the surface while helping protect part geometry and dimensional accuracy. For non-stick cookware, it creates a clean and uniformly conditioned aluminium surface before coating, subject to the coating supplier’s specified surface requirements.
The machine can be configured for dry or wet processing, single or multiple finishing heads and different working widths according to the component, alloy, production volume and required finish.
